Note: Silk can shrink during processing. If your wanting precise cuts please notify me for your exact sizes requesting.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUND:
Dissatisfied with purchase if you find that it's poor workmanship
or product is damaged in any way.
Exchanges:
Custom orders or and standard x large bannerflags and sets of 10 have a $25.00
restocking fee.
I do not give refunds or exchanges on custom design banners
or flags. What is considered a customer design:
A customer design would be a modification of a design that Raised praise has already created on its
webpage or a design that was given to Raised Praise to create.
Can only refund product if it's not been used in program.
Can only refund purchased price. No refunds on shipping.
If you're not satisfied with your Raised Praise product you may exchange it for any product
from this site.
Conditions
of exchanges:
Item must not be used in program
unless you've contacted Raised Praise beforehand. Can exchange any product for same price or greater price than ordered product.
A one dollar charge for each flag refreshed with stitching for all
raised praise products.
NOTE: Refunds
and exchanges are voided with rushed orders. What is a rushed order. Rushed orders are those that are created
less than the regular turn around time ( 2 to 3+ weeks). You can exchange your products if they are regular
instock items that were rushed for quicker service but items that are custom designs to specifications and are rushed
can not be returned or exchanged.
Your
responsible for all shipping of products return upon exchanges.
Poorly produced products are the merchant's responsibility to ship back to customer. When shipping
merchandise back for exchange or refund you are responsible for the sent item.
* Disclaimer to dyed products: Dyes are hard to control on silk. Note that when
buying dyed product there can be smudging and transferring of dyes from one color to another which can be beyond my
control.
